About Crossroads
Growing the game in urban areas
Crossroads is all about using lacrosse as a means to become a better person. As a passionate mental health advocate, sessions involve working on positive self talk, motivation, and listening to your body.

Sessions are catered to the athlete:
1) Shooting and dodging
2) Footwork and positioning
3) Conditioning and agility
4) Goalie reaction time and footwork
5) Stickwork and accuracy
6) Draw control and strategy
​
In my 11 years of coaching, I have worked with youth, middle school, high school, college, and national team athletes. Sessions will be structured to meet the athlete at their current level and to bring them up to their desired level.
