Meet Rachel
My Vision
As a woman, I feel it is important to talk with younger athletes about the challenges they face throughout their careers. I am 6 years in recovery from an eating disorder that almost took my life. College lacrosse coaches quite simply saved my life. I feel it is my responsibility to empower others to find healing and growth through sports. Lacrosse is the medicine game!
I am so passionate about the opportunities this sport can bring to others whether that is growth of leadership skills, confidence, physical health, travel opportunities, and many friendships around the world.

Come train with me in Indianapolis!

Teacher and Lacrosse Coach
This is my 20th year playing lacrosse. Starting in elementary school up in Minnesota, I fell in love with the game and continue to play throughout school, college, and then on an international team. I've played every position but feel the most free as a midfielder.

I currently teach high school biology and chemistry on the Southside of Indianapolis. I've been in education for 5 years now.

I've been coaching for 11 years at the high school, middle school, and collegiate level. I am the current head coach for the Colombian Women's National Lacrosse Team and coached them in the 2022 Women's World Lacrosse Championships in Towson, MD.

I coach at Southport High School, but have coached at Marian University, Chapman University, Irondale High School, and San Juan Hills High School in the past.

I've played in England, Scotland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Colombia, Malaysia, and Portugal!
